WATER CONSERVATION PREMIUM:
An additional charge is applied to the quantity of water that is in excess of the quantity indicated for the respective meter size. Billing calculation is for the exact number of days billed times (x) the indicated average daily quantity.

Terms:
Discount: Bills are mailed every three months. At the bottom of the bill, there are two boxes entitled “Net Bill” and “Gross Bill”. A 5% discount is allowed if the bill is paid on or before the due date. This discounted amount due is shown in the “Net Bill” box.
Past Due: Quarterly bills not paid on or before the due date are past due; the discount is forfeited. Pay the amount shown in the “Gross Bill” box.
DATE OF PAYMENT MADE BY MAIL IS THE DATE RECEIVED IN THIS OFFICE.
Delinquent: Bills unpaid 60 days after billing date are delinquent. A collection fee (see service charges) will be added to delinquent accounts. Interest shall be applied to delinquent accounts at the rate of 1 1/2% per month or portion thereof from the billing date.
Termination: Services to delinquent accounts will be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Public Act 75-625, An Act Concerning the Termination of Service by Public Utility Companies.

If the interest rates for Authority notes for Utility Plant Debt set by competitive bids exceed 5.0%, additional amounts shall be added to all bills rendered during the term of these notes as follows:
